Service Details

Our milling center’s lathes and mills have 3-axis and 4-axis capabilities, giving us the flexibility to output parts with a wide array of specifications. Our capacity to work with various raw materials such as bar stock, round stock, extrusions, and casting means that we’ll always have a solution to your project requests. SOS Prescott’s quality process shines in our mills and lathes with constant quality checks throughout the process. We use coolant to maximize the longevity and performance of our machines and have the capability to service bars, threads, pucks, and more.

In-House Programming

Most shops outsource the development of machine programming. Our CNC machines are programmed in-house using a modern CAD software which allows for quick and efficient adjustments by our engineers to meet your specifications. This means we know the ins and outs of our machines and can pass this expertise on to your project.

Lights Out Capabilities

We use state-of-the-art automation in the form of robotic cells to give lights-out capabilities to our mills and lathes. Our milling center can run 24/7 to accelerate the production of your parts and complete your project on time and within budget.
