We guarantee that we’ll meet critical dimensions at every step of the way, and our quality control inspections ensure that no stone is left unturned before your order is sent your way. If your parts require additional services (i.e., plating, heat treating, etc.), everything will be documented as certified to your specifications. All parts undergo a further final quality inspection before shipping.

At SOS, getting your orders to your door on time is always a priority. We ship over 8 million parts annually, and our on-time delivery rate averages over 99%. SOS works with multiple shipping companies to meet our customers’ needs, and we use many different packaging methods to make sure your product gets there, how you need it and when you need it.

ISO 9001:2015 Certified Since 2006

SOS Prescott first achieved ISO 9001 certification for our quality management system in 2006, which we still maintain. SOS takes pride in continuously improving our quality and customer service.

Our customers can expect high-quality parts and responsive customer service because of the processes we have in place, outlined by our quality management system. We do an internal audit of our Quality Management System annually to ensure we are performing according to those guidelines. TUV SUD also conducts an independent audit annually of our processes, and issues SOS a new certificate every three years.
